Mandala Spa Membership Conditions

  1. All members must have their id and Mandala Spa membership card with them at all times.
  2. Members may not transfer the usage of their card to another person. Membership cards are private to the member.
  3. Membership is only valid between the stated dates.
  4. All members accept to abide by the rules and regulations of the Mandala Spa Management.
  5. Children between the age of 0-6 may use Mandala Spa free of charge when accompanied by a Member.
  6. Children between the ages of 6 - 18 may use Mandala Spa by paying the day use fee only when accompanied by a parent or guardian over the age of 18, who is a Member.
  7. The Mandala Spa Management or Hotel Management is not liable and/or responsible for any accidents that may happen within the premises to children and/or adults. The sports center is closed for the use of children under the age of 18.
  8. Mandala Spa members and guests must be careful about making loud noises within the general facilities of the Spa.
  9. Mandala Spa guests may use the locked safe boxes located in the hotel reception to ensure the safety of personal belongings. Mandala Spa Management and/or the Hotel management is not liable or responsible for valuable goods not located in the safety boxes.
  10. It is mandatory to abide by the hygene regulations while using any Mandala Spa outlet.
  11. Management has the right to close Mandala Spa for repair and renovation at any given time. If this period is to exceed three weeks, memberships will be extended accordingly.
  12. When members have accompanying guests, they are to pay the day use fee set by the Mandala Spa Managaement.
  13. No refunds are made to members cancelling their membership earlier then the expiration date of the membership.
  14. Mandala Spa Management may cancel any memberships at any time. In such a case, the remainder of the membership fee will be reimbursed to the member.
  15. Mandala Spa Management has the right to change the opening and closing hours of Mandala Spa and has the right to change membership fees without any prior notice.
  16. Members may not request extensions on membership for the days they have not used their membership.
